Using a metabolic fitness testing system, your fitness levels are assessed, along with your various metabolic systems – providing not only a comprehensive and accurate assessment, but also enables a highly customised heart rate guided cardiorespitory interval training program to be created, to support your training goals. Whether you are looking to lose body fat, improve endurance, retain lean muscle mass during cardio training, or optimize sports specific training objectives (i.e. triathlon, 5k, bodybuilding etc) – the test and prescribed training programs are second to none in terms of results.

This test is suitable for both beginners wanting results faster, as well as intermediate and advanced athletes wishing to optimise their training and recovery strategies.

In addition to detailed printed test results, a periodised heart rate guided interval training program is provided – that can be used on any cardio equipment (i.e. treadmill, stepper, cross trainer etc), or with skilled use with outdoor training and even resistance training programs with the use of a standard heart rate monitor.
