Performance Nutrition Program

In addition to the body composition analysis (see above), a performance nutrition program provides you with detailed nutrition guidelines based on your specific metabolic and training needs. A customised nutrition ‘blueprint’ is created for you – clearly detailing your daily nutritional needs, and a breakdown of meals and servings required to satisfy your daily needs. Additional support is provided to help you with meal planning by way of a customised ‘meal builder’ to be used in conjunction with your eating guidelines – to help you with easy and simple meal planning. For those wishing to further optimise training outcomes and recovery, evidenced based sports nutrition supplement recommendations will also be given (including protein, creatine and BCAA supplements, timing and dosage).
